Can't update new QSL install to get it working.

I had a crash and lost my QSL.

I installed again the install from the SEC3 site. The problem is QSL
won't update. I keep getting this error when clicking on Tools |
Stats manager or the Alpingers manager.

I've updated the installed qsl.defs.txt with what is below, but I'm
still getting the FAILED ERROR CHECK message.
