It doesn't find anything and it is not supposed to.
If you are actually interested on how it is said to work, let your fingers
do the walking. :)

PS: Supposedly it is not very useful with the modern browsers anymore. It
doesn't cost anything, doesn't take up much space, it doesn't slow a
computer down, and it doesn't have to be running.
